Step-by-Step Process
Before the Trip
Create the trip online and add pupils. A unique Trip Code is generated.
On the Day
Hand out lanyards with beacons to each child. Open the app, enter the Trip Code, register each child's beacon (optionally add photo/clothing note). Share trip with supervisors so data syncs across devices.
Start & Monitor
Tap Start Trip. If a child moves beyond safe range, all supervisors get an alarm, vibration, and on-screen alert with the child's details.
